2. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as daily, weekly, monthly or annually).

3. Content

Our Service allows you to listen to, mix, and create soundscapes. The audio content provided within the Service is licensed to AVENC SOLUCIONS DIGITALS or used with permission. You may not extract, redistribute, or resell the audio files.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AVENC SOLUCIONS DIGITALS and its licensors.
